Return & Refund Policy – Zenithi

At Zenithi, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must have a verified manufacturing defect

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of defect (photo or video) is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor aesthetic variations that do not affect functionality


2. How to Request a Return

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our official return portal:

Requests submitted outside the portal may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping Address

If a return is approved, the customer will receive:

  • A return authorization

  • The appropriate return address

  • Detailed shipping instructions

Returns must be sent to the specific return address provided after approval, which may vary depending on the fulfillment location of the order.

Do not send products back to the address listed on the original package without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is confirmed defective, Zenithi will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer requests an exchange for reasons other than defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution

Zenithi reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective products.

Replacement items are shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages lost due to incorrect return instructions not provided by Zenithi

  • Returns sent without prior authorization


8. Compliance Notice
