At Zenithi, we operate through an international fulfillment network and certified logistics partners to ensure secure, trackable, and reliable delivery worldwide.

This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping conditions.


1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched after confirmation

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped

  • Delivery timeframes begin only after dispatch confirmation

Zenithi reserves the right to extend processing time during high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, or due to operational constraints.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and are provided as projections, not guarantees.

3. Delivery Disclaimer

While the majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, Zenithi does not guarantee delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or border procedures

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Logistic disruptions

  • Public holidays

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delivery estimates are approximate and may be subject to variation.

Zenithi shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical events.


4. Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier’s system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates once provided.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Zenithi is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details submitted at checkout.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, Zenithi is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly in such cases.


7. Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered to selected countries as listed above.
Shipping availability and methods may change without prior notice.
